Terms and Conditions for Course Participation
    1.    Language of Delivery
The sessions may be conducted in either English or Hindi, depending on the comfort and preference of the faculty.
    2.    Session Material (PPTs)
Presentation slides or other session materials will be shared with participants only if the faculty chooses to share them. There is no obligation on the part of the faculty or the organizers to distribute session materials.
    3.    Eligibility for Certificate
    •    Certificates will be awarded only to participants who attend all three sessions.
    •    Participants must attend at least 80% of the total session duration, calculated based on their Zoom login and logout data.
    •    Attendance will be monitored through Zoom reports, and only verified attendance will be considered for certification.
    4.    Name on Certificate
The name that appears on the certificate will be exactly as provided in the registration form.
    •    No changes or corrections will be entertained after submission, so please ensure the name is entered correctly at the time of registration.
    5.    Code of Conduct
    •    Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the sessions.
    •    Any form of misbehaviour, disruption, or inappropriate conduct towards the faculty or fellow participants will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the session without eligibility for certification.
    6.    Discretionary Rights
    •    The Faculty/Institutional Panel (FIP) reserves the full right to allow or deny participation to any individual at its sole discretion.
    •    Decisions taken by the FIP in this regard will be final and binding.
    7.    Technical Requirements and Responsibility
    •    Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning Zoom application for uninterrupted attendance.
    •    The organizers will not be responsible for loss of attendance due to technical issues at the participant’s end.
    8.    Recording of Sessions
    •    Sessions may be recorded for internal use.
    •    Participants are not permitted to record, share, or distribute any part of the session without explicit written consent from the organizers and faculty
